Abstract:
Our thesis focuses on the strategy implemented within companies, through the management of its internal resources, in order to develop a sustainable competitive advantage. Our question: Does the involvement of employees in strategic practices contribute to the strategic success of small and medium-sized enterprises? How can direction jointly manage actors and time to synchronize the deployment of strategic actions? Our hypothesis: A competitive advantage based on the internal environment of the company, i.e. on the actors and their potential, allows the company to consolidate its positioning and its durability in order to adapt to the competitive situations of its external environment.
