Abstract:
For the context, this is an accounting firm with at the time we made interviews and mirror effect 5 partners and 56 employees. They needed support on their managerial practices and on the profession evolution toward digitalization, so I offered them my support with my PDH. To start my intervention-research I interviewed everyone working on the firm to identify dysfunctions and calculate hidden costs by asking questions and their working conditions, work organization, communication coordination cooperation, time management, integrated training, and strategy. To be more specific I interviewed partners and supervisors in individual interviews and non-hierarchical staff in collective interviews.
