Abstract:
With the crisis of fordist model of production and with the recognition of territory in the economic analysis, the existence of not really economic factors of development could be considered. Culture is one of those. With the example of the crafts, which are sustained in France by territorial development programs (from intra communal to regional), we propose to consider how concepts belonging to territorial economics and to cultural economics make it possible to consider a meso and macroeconomic development based on a cultural resource.
