Abstract:
The aim of this article is to identify the profiles of entrepreneurs, taking into account their psychosociological characteristics from a generational perspective. Following a state-of-the-art review of the psychosociological variables involved in the entrepreneurial process, a field survey of 948 entrepreneurs was carried out. Analysis of the results, using a multivariate approach, reveals a new psychosociological typology of entrepreneur-repurchasers in several dimensions, depending on their pecuniary, challenge and constraint motivations, and the combination of these. This original approach offers operational perspectives in terms of strategic analysis and support for entrepreneurial projects, in a generational context.
