Abstract: This poster explores how artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms are reshaping the role of managers and the skills they need to adapt to these changes. The study highlights the digital revolution's impact, which now affects not only low-skilled jobs but also managerial positions. Managers must develop new skills to face the disintermediation of their role by AI. A case study, based on interviews and participant observation, was conducted to analyze this dynamic. The findings aim to propose development programs for future managers while addressing the theoretical and practical challenges posed by AI.
