Abstract: Organizations are facing continuous change environment leading them to change permanently. The issue sometimes highlighted is how to change with effectiveness and efficiency, in a sustainable way. Many theories and methodologies demonstrated the importance of collaborative processes in designing new solutions and innovations. The socio-economic approach to management introduced in this workshop, allows to impulse change based on a rigorous and scientific improvement process composed by 4 steps: the diagnosis, the project group, the implementation and the assessment. This PDW proposes to focus on the project phase in order to highlight a mix methodology of design thinking and implementation of solutions. Starting from a diagnosis of organizational dysfunctions, SEAM methodology is a framework to succeed in implementing sustainable changes based on human potential stimulation (competencies, behaviors and change energy). The presenters will share in an interactive way with the participants their experiences in leading change through a SEAM intervention particularly through SEAM project phase.
