Abstract:
To achieve a high-performance supply chain, partner companies should focus on supply chain quality management involving all parties in a supply chain network, beyond the boundaries of individual companies, for the improvement of products, services, and processes that aim to create competitive differentiation and provide value to the customer (Ross, 1998). Since the 2000s, researchers' attention to supply chain quality management has increased. (Soares et al., 2017). Implementing some practices such as involving suppliers in product design and quality improvement, communication with suppliers and customers would improve the quality, cost, delivery, and flexibility of manufacturing company performance (Hong et al., 2017).
