Abstract: This video examines the impact of generative artificial intelligence on digital service companies (DSCs). The author identifies the opportunities and threats that this emerging technology represents for digital players. The study highlights current and future transformations in business models, skills requirements and work organization within ESNs. It also offers food for thought on the adaptation strategies that these companies can implement in the face of this technological revolution.
