Abstract: Karyon is a start-up belonging to the fast-growing Food Tech sector. The company's aim is to transform the place of farmers in food value chains. This case study looks at the company's "broad" positioning prior to the health crisis. The pandemic and the ensuing economic climate led this young company to refine its market segment.
