Abstract: In this chapter, we examine the intertwined issues of organizational justice and diversity management, exploring how the two constructs complement each other while remaining distinct. We argue that diversity management is an organizational justice issue because it presupposes fair treatment and equal opportunity for all. However, we also detail how diversity and organizational justice remain distinct, with diversity transcending the concept of justice in organizations. We conclude by encouraging scholars to explore issues of justice and diversity together, while distinguishing between the two concepts, and we call for further research on how inclusion fits into this framework.
