Abstract:
In September 2021, Poult, a biscuit company in Tarn-et-Garonne, experienced a decline in sales of industrial cakes, leading to the closure of a factory and its first strike. This shift contrasts with its past as a liberated company in the 2000s, highlighting the challenge of managerial innovations: their longevity. This article suggests employing the "psychological contract" to account for the success or failure of these innovations, illustrated through cases like Nicomatic and Pain des Cairns.
