Abstract: Modeling activity in business process implies nowadays to check previous models, observe the current process, and produce an exact representation of the activities. To support modelers in their task, two research axes are explored: - Concepts extraction from models (using an ontology), to compare which model best fits requirements. - Patterns (extracted from previous available models) proposed during modeling phase to resolve business problems (how to represent a set of activities) or technical problems (how to overcome some limitations of the modeling tool/language).
