Abstract:
All approaches to the modernisation of public service organisations are centred on the responsibility of public service employees in the execution of their missions. The quality of public service management and the effectiveness of applying sanctions to or rewarding public service employees can be an effective lever for improving their awareness of quality and the need to improve their performance.
