Abstract: Our book is the result of an innovative methodology based on a rich, fruitful and complementary co-production between practitioners and researchers. We have experienced an extraordinary human adventure that reflects the values of the members of our community around pleasure, sharing, practice and respect. Our common production proposes understanding, action, case study and testimonial pages that can be read independently of each other. This flexibility will allow future readers to deepen or discover the major fundamentals of the community model and its life cycle in organizations. This book is intended for practitioners, students and researchers who are interested in developing new organizational forms to develop collaboration, knowledge creation, creativity and innovation.
