Abstract: Conference given at Grand Sud on 28/04/2017 as part of a seminar organized by Lab Pôle Emploi. The conference carried out integrates feedback recorded during the day of 27/04 during co-design activities addressing advisors, decision-makers, jobseekers who all together seek constructive solutions to help long-term unemployed people find a job. Julian Alvarez's contribution is to see how games and gamification can contribute to this process...
