Abstract:
The increasingly frequent phenomena of breakdown threaten the historical leaders' positions. From emblematic cases and the AMC model (Awareness, Motivation, Capability), a strategic analysis is proposed to appreciate the link between disruption and leadership. Strategic renewals are characterized, that is to say that firms which meet the three criteria are the most likely to sustain their dominating position.
