Abstract: This article analyzes the way in which communities of practice can foster intergenerational learning. Based on a case study of the French railway company SNCF Réseau, this article shows that, in the context of widespread digital tool deployment, intergenerational communities of practice allow for the development of multidirectional and differentiated learning according to the employee's profile, thereby changing the employees' working approaches.
