Abstract: The law related to vocational training of March 5, 2014 stipulates that "to ensure the employability of his employees, the employer must take measures so that employees can be able to grasp employment opportunities and, in any event, ensure to avoid his employees to disqualify". Employability appears as an organizational goal. In a similar vein, the company needs to provide a response in terms of HR practices. This paper is based on a qualitative study of 21 professionals from various professional through semi-structured interviews. The results of this research highlight on HR practices focusing on the development of the employability of employees and aims to enrich the empirical data of existing studies. A particular focus is placed on the application of these practices.
