Abstract:
This paper aims to take stock of the effects of mobilization practices on the organizational commitment of Generation Y employees in Moroccan companies. On the one hand, it seeks to take stock of the level of use of mobilization practices in Moroccan companies as perceived by Generation Y employees, and on the other, to test the impact of these practices on the organizational commitment of these employees. The construction of the research model is based on an analysis of the literature relating to this generation and some theoretical models of human resource mobilization. Methodologically, we relied on a quantitative approach through a field survey, in which we collected responses from our research sample (195 people). Statistical processing was carried out using SPSS (V.25) and Smart PLS (V.3.9). Our results confirm the existence of a strong link between the practices of information sharing, recognition and skills development and the affective commitment of young employees.
