Abstract: Based on the principle that work is essentially relational, trust between actors is considered as a condition of its effectiveness and the well-being of those who carry it out. Establishing the conditions for trusting appears, for these reasons, as an ideal to pursue in companies. However, such an objective requires an agreement on what exactly the notion of trust at work covers and specifying how everyone can act to develop it.
