Abstract: The product/territory pair seeks to understand the articulation between the global, national or local value chain and the inter-organizational strategies of the producers of the territory. This strategic approach focuses on product flows and service flows, that is to say: - on the one hand, the elements of differentiation and organization of an offer linked to a specific territory and to the balance between entrepreneurial strategy and collective strategy, - on the other hand, the expectations of the different stakeholders along the value chain. The aim here is to instruct the product/territory pair in its role in promoting differentiation. Different types of couplings are mentioned: epicureans, locavores and fair trade. The sheet concludes with a design that combines "research - teaching - action sustainable development objectives" to better understand the needs of stakeholders in the emergence and growth of responsible innovations.
