Abstract: Research on behavior of younger generations, their characteristics and their relationship to work is quite numerous but little work has focused on post-baccalaureate Gen and the link between their CSR preference to apply for a new job. A quantitative study, with 136 students just before the Covid-19, highlights importance of commitment to CSR. Moderating effects of gender and training are significate. But there is no mediating effect of skepticism. Finally, these results are discussed as part of an approach relating to the prospective of commercial jobs and expectations of recruiters in terms of ethics and CSR.
