Abstract: This study explores the emergence of leakers within the context of digital capitalism and the evolving information landscape. It examines their critical role through the lens of the communication constitutes organization perspective. Leakers are analyzed using two notions inspired by Plato's Euthyphro dialogue: asebeia and eusebeia. A netnographic study of a specialized forum reveals an activity situated between transgressive logics and loyalty to organizations. The research questions the commodification of disclosure, its ethical and theoretical implications, and the role of leakers in transforming communicational practices.
