Abstract: Motivated by need to study creativity in the context of virtual environments, this article contributes to theory by analyzing different constructs linked to space in a broad vision, all having a crucial role on creativity. We draw on a qualitative case study using interviews, observations and narrative descriptions. We find that, in the virtual environments, creativity occurs despite various challenges.
