Abstract:
Far from an individual and linear model, this approach encourages rethinking the entrepreneur as someone who operates in a glocal manner—shifting from a self-contained, autonomous, and self-finalized territory to an interconnected, interdependent, and hetero-finalized one. It embraces the concept of co-, moving away from an isolated, individualistic "each for oneself" mindset aimed at personal success, towards an interconnected "each for all" perspective, fostering collective intelligence for collaborative success. Entrepreneurship thus falls within the realm of action sciences, at the intersection of cognitive sciences, management sciences, organizational sciences, political sciences, and the humanities and social sciences.
