Abstract: This research questions the role of non-human stakeholders in the governance and integrated management of tourism development projects. By mobilizing Actor-Network Theory (ANT) and an intervention research approach, it proposes to enrich classic models of territorial management by integrating the recognition of non-humans (natural resources, technological artifacts, infrastructures) in the analysis of territorial controversies. The results show that these players are not simply passive resources, but active co-constructors of territorial controversies and strategies. This work thus contributes to a theoretical reconfiguration of tourism governance towards a hybrid and ecosystemic vision, and proposes operational avenues for more responsible and integrated public management.
