Abstract:
Logistics innovation has been one of the most well-developed research themes over the last decade in the logistics and supply chain management literature. In this regard, several researchers have attempted to expose the mechanisms and practices related to logistics innovation. Moreover, research on innovation and entrepreneurship has highlighted the interweaving between the two concepts and established links with entrepreneurial behaviour. The objective of our research is to analyse to what extent the adoption of entrepreneurial behaviour would influence the development of logistics innovation. Few empirical studies have focused on this theme, which leads us to adopt an exploratory approach. For this, we adopt a qualitative approach through interviews with Moroccan logistics providers in order to identify the problem. The main conclusions are presented and discussed to analyse how they contribute to the understanding of current practices of logistics innovation.
