Abstract:
The SSE law of 2014 gave to local currencies a legal status by including them in the French Code monétaire et financier. Although this legitimization may have contributed to the development of these currencies, there remain numerous obstacles to their use by local authorities. To support the development of these currencies and make them one of the tools of transition dynamics,it is essential to remove these obstacles.
