Abstract: The tensions arising from the company's desire for control and workers' desire for autonomy give rise to working time paradoxes. The aim of this article is to examine how the World Café, a team coaching technique, can help to identifying organisational arrangements for managing these paradoxes. To do this, we use a qualitative and participative methodology. We gathered around twenty-six and managers in order to organise a World Café on this issue. This research led to a proposition for organisational arrangements to manage working time paradoxes and to the identification of paradoxes that are difficult to manage. It also highlights the contribution of coaching to the management of working time paradoxes.
