Abstract: Reflecting on leadership in healthcare is essential for healthcare establishments, which have been undergoing organizational and societal transformations since the health crisis of 2020. Using the various reflections of 31 authors from a compilation of 27 texts, this article proposes to highlight the attributes of leadership in healthcare.
