Abstract:
In addition to training future healthcare executives, executive training can be a particularly appropriate time to develop a creative project that could turn into an innovation a few years down the road. Im@prep, a web-based platform for improving the management and performance of medical imaging examinations, is a project that is currently being developed in a cancer treatment center, after having been initiated, thanks to project management, in a health management training institute.
