Abstract: 中法两国之间存在的沟通差异与文化沟壑阻碍了双方的相互理解。为优化两国未来各种交流的性质，来自中国和法国的两位作者持之以恒地对中法两国各自的特点进行了深入的思考。在此过程中，两位作者发现了两组价值耦合，它们分别引导着中国和法国的社会、组织及个体行为。两位作者将该研究成果设计成为"中法行为指南针"，这个扎根于现实的新工具是为希望更好地理解法国、中国的读者量身定做的。
