Abstract: This article investigates the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in transforming entrepreneurial ecosystems. It focuses on the interactions between formal and informal sectors in Morocco. AI's transformative potential is attracting growing attention. However, its integration into hybrid entrepreneurial settings remains underexplored. The research uses a qualitative case study methodology. It examines how AI helps entrepreneurs overcome structural barriers. It also shows how AI enhances operational efficiency. Moreover, it allows access to alternative financing mechanisms. The findings highlight AI's dual impact. It optimizes entrepreneurial practices. It also fosters synergies between formal and informal actors. However, challenges remain. These include digital inequalities, high implementation costs, and socio-cultural constraints. This study offers concrete recommendations. It contributes both theoretically and practically. It advocates for a more inclusive and sustainable integration of AI. This is especially important in emerging entrepreneurial environments.
