Abstract: In a context of change in hospital organizations where professional development can be disrupted, it is beneficial to take an interest in the approach of enabling environments in the context of management insights. The identification of conversion factors is useful to understand how an environment is likely to offer a development of the power to act of professionals and in particular of health managers.
