Abstract: The healthcare manager training institute of Rouen university hospital has developed a collaborative digital kit to respond to the evolutions taking place with regard to hospitals and universities as well as digital technology. Encouraging future managers to reflect on the possibilities offered by digital technology allows them to imagine innovative managerial opportunities for optimising their working time and nurturing a close relationship even from a distance for the benefit of caregivers and patients.
