Abstract: This is a role-playing game involving two groups of students. Each group plays the role of a team within a group managing residences for senior citizens. The role playing game is used to discuss the implementation of actions to reduce environmental impact and the negotiation of the associated budget. After preparation of the meeting by team 1 (the For my safe unit) and team 2 (the international committee), the meeting takes place according to a pre-defined agenda. The aim of this exercise is to work on the essential reporting skills, the soft skills: oral presentation, discussion, argumentation to achieve the department's objective, negotiation in the event of conflict, etc.
