Abstract: As part of the Qualiopi certification process, the training institute for health professionals at Brest University Hospital was audited in June 2021. To obtain this new quality label, the institution's management appointed two quality managers to coordinate the process, establish a common framework for cross-functional work, prepare for the audit and harmonize the practices of professionals. Here's a look at the experience.
