Abstract:
Leadership as an organizational communication tool is no longer a choice, but a necessity to adopt it within the territory and its administrations. During this research, we will work on the profile of the leader within the group and his organizational environment. In this perspective, we will go through the conceptualization of the leadership profile and its relationship with organizational communication, as well as its impact on the back-office management model of territorial administration. By putting, the support on an inductive methodology, through the exploitation of the variables which reflect the model of the organization "organigram", and the administrative activities, according to the profile version leader and version boss, thus its role production of decision-making power within the administration and its visibility as an actor in the development of the Moroccan administrative model.
