Abstract: La désertion des hôpitaux publics par les personnels hospitalo-universitaires titulaires est peu médiatisée et a pourtant un impact majeur sur l'état et l'avenir de l'hôpital public. Intensification du rythme, conflit de valeurs, retraites moins avantageuses… Quel état des lieux pour les carrières hospitalo-universitaires dans un contexte de réformes annoncées par Emmanuel Macron ?
