Abstract:
This course introduces the key concepts and practices related to crisis management within organizations. It begins by explaining what a crisis is: an unexpected and disruptive event that threatens the stability, resources, or reputation of the organization. The course then focuses on the crisis management process, which includes several main phases: + Identifying and preventing potential risks. + Managing the situation during the crisis through quick decision-making and resource coordination. + Recovering after the crisis, with an emphasis on learning from the event to improve future preparedness. Finally, the course covers crisis communication, which plays a central role in controlling the flow of information. The goal is to protect the organization's image, maintain trust with stakeholders, and reduce negative impacts.
