Abstract: Our research project aims to explore how university lecturers and researchers can prepare students to innovate for the future by integrating competency-based approaches and social and societal issues. We emphasize the importance of pedagogical innovation in this process, placing students at the center of their learning through complex decision-making situations, preparing them for the professional world. To achieve this, we will use the innovative pedagogical method of 'cubification', based on gamification, to explore its adaptation to corporate social responsibility (CSR). We proposed an adaptation of this method, already employed in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship, will be adapted to become a creativity tool linked to sustainable development issues. We believe that the use of gamification methods is relevant for the development of the competency-based approach. We will explore how to integrate this method to structure and effectively disseminate these pedagogical practices.
