Abstract:
This theoretical article aims to propose a conceptual model of good governance within Moroccan sportsfederations, based on a critical and integrative review of the literature. The objective is to fill a theoretical gap inthe context of the Global South and to suggest concrete pathways for policymakers. An Integrative Review wasemployed to analyze academic and institutional contributions on sports governance. Based on this analysis, amodel was developed incorporating variables such as transparency, democracy, internal control, and socialresponsibility, intended to be tested within Moroccan collective sports federations. The expected results aim tostrengthen the theoretical foundations of sports governance in Morocco.
