Abstract:
This article takes a closer look at the impact of platforms on mediatizations carried out by general practitioners, who are considered not as communicators, but as health communication professionals. General practitioners can be seen as a disintermediatization and communication profession, which in the French healthcare model is at the heart of digital health territories. A comprehensive information and communication science approach is adopted. It is based on the study of two communication situations: a general practice and a podcast project broadcast by a teleconsultation platform.
