Abstract: Tension over the global supply of pineapple is pushing the prices of concentrate and canned pineapple to a peak. In the fresh market, Costa Rica continues to dictate the market. Production is struggling and the sector faces many challenges. In terms of prices, there is a certain stability in Europe despite a limited supply.
