Abstract:
This research focuses on the understanding of French professional decisionmakers when they need to choose a health-care insurance policy for their company. How do they take decisions in a complex and highly regulated field? The study highlights the decision making process, behavioural economics and the results of optimization in the user experience (UX). Which UX design can help decision-makers choose the solution that best meets their needs? The project began in July 2022 and will end in July 2025 under the auspices of the French InsurTech: Vasa.
