Abstract:
Mergers are complex phenomena with results that are often disappointing and difficult to explain. This research studies a post-merger integration process through the prism of complex thinking. The aim is to understand how dialogical phenomena and the responses of the players emerge and interact. The results show four dialogical phenomena. The behaviour of the players in the face of these dialogics is part of a process of knowledge creation, in which disorder and instability are inherent in the process of collaboration and are a source of reinvention.
