Abstract: The debates on the protection of the environment, the organization of the Cop 22, the construction of the largest solar power plant Noor and the adoption of the CGEM label demonstrate a deliberate will in Morocco to integrate sustainable development and social responsibility as an essential axis of development. The purpose of this article is to examine the current state of the art in practice, by analyzing the CSR communication of Moroccan companies via their websites. The key question : What is the scope of CSR commitments through the communication on the websites of companies labeled by the CGEM? A study was conducted on a sample of CGEM companies that have a website. 52 companies. The methodology followed allowed us to better understand the trends in CSR practices in the Moroccan context. In regard to business sectors results are varied and show that the CSR information is moderately accessible and addressed more to civil society and clients as key stakeholders. This article contributes to the literature on CSR in Morocco with a new methodology of analysis and new avenues for reflection for researchers and practitioners.
