The Role of Gender Diversity on the Firms Performance a Case of India

Abstract: The paper examines the role of gender diversity in the financial performance of the listed companies in India. In the literature, the role of gender diversity is extensively studied, but little attention has been paid to developing countries like India. The results found that there is a significant positive relationship between gender diversity and firms performance.
