Abstract: The research shows how the support of innovative companies can follow a collective learning process involving the stakeholders of its innovation ecosystem. This process involves mobilizing stakeholder networks, convening disciplines and operating processes that are most relevant to the different links in the value chain and phases of the supported enterprise lifecycle. The action research tests the efficiency of a unifying support structure bringing together practitioners from several professions and researchers from various disciplines.
