POST-INDUSTRIAL TRANSISITION IN RUSSIAN: PERSPECTIVE FROM YOUNG GENERATIONS

Abstract: Considered the GDP fraction because of development of information technologies in the small cities and the settlements of Russia. One of the ways of intensification of the country's development is the growth into post-industrial areas of the economy, in particular, computer science. Relatives and friends of the young people acts as "donors", are giving into gift for the youth the equipment and the software. For receiving data were used surveys, collection of statistics and in-depth interviews. It is established that GDP share because of these circumstances initially climbs, and then slightly falls. The share will reach a maximum in 2020-2030, the greatest value of this share makes 14,5%.
